What is Perplexd?

Perplexd is a free daily word puzzle game that challenges you to unscramble letters and form the correct word against the clock. Each day, three new puzzles are released at midnight UTC – one for each difficulty level. The game combines vocabulary skills with quick pattern spotting, rewarding players who can find words hidden inside jumbled letters.

Three Difficulty Levels

• Easy (5 letters): Perfect for warming up or quick breaks. Common words that most players will recognise.
• Medium (7 letters): A step up in challenge. Longer words that require more careful thought.
• Hard (9 letters): The ultimate test. Extended vocabulary and maximum letters to unscramble.

How It Works

You have 30 seconds to unscramble the letters and enter the correct word. The faster you solve it, the more stars you earn. If time runs out, you can continue in overtime mode, but you’ll sacrifice stars for hints. Success depends on vocabulary knowledge, pattern recognition, and quick thinking under pressure.

What is LockCode?

LockCode is a daily code-breaking puzzle inspired by deduction games like Mastermind. Each day features a new secret code to crack across three difficulty levels. Using logic and elimination, you analyse clues to determine which digits are correct and where they belong. Every code uses unique digits — no repeats allowed.

Three Difficulty Levels

• Easy (3 digits): 720 possible codes. You get 8 attempts and 3 clues to work with.
• Medium (4 digits): 5,040 possible codes. You get 6 attempts and 4 clues to narrow it down.
• Hard (5 digits): 30,240 possible codes. Only 5 attempts and 4 clues – maximum challenge.

How It Works

Start by analysing the provided clues. Each clue shows a test code and two count indicators: a green square for how many digits are correct and in the correct position, and an amber square for how many digits are correct but in the wrong position. The indicators show totals only — they don’t reveal which digits are correct — so you’ll need to use logic and deduction to narrow down the possibilities.

Enter your guess and compare the counts across multiple clues until only one code fits everything.
